Positive: Lovely owners - our dog has reactivity issues after being attacked when younger and they were totally understanding. Good location - easy walk to the beach and around 20mins walk to supermarkets. Quiet and clean (BBQ aside), has ask the amenities you need.
Negative: The BBQ hadn't been cleaned, but there weren't any tools to clean or use it. We used tin foil instead Toilet is a long way from the bedroom and there was only one light at the top of the stairs. Bedroom only had a fan and was incredibly hot. The window above the door is lovely but doesn't have a curtain so it's incredibly light in the morning.
